Spent a great time with friends! We visited the Theresienwiese for Oktoberfest and enjoyed the nearby attractions. The area had excellent tram access and a clean, pleasant environment. Breakfast was good, and we found the staff friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed in our room was really uncomfortable. It sank in the middle, which made sleeping hard for my friends.

We faced several issues during our stay. The room temperature was hard to control-AC wasn’t functioning as expected, and we had to deal with fluctuating warmth during our time here. That, the room itself felt a bit cramped, especially for a family, which might not bother everyone but left us wishing for a little more space. The parking was a point of contention too. The 25€ fee seemed a bit steep and the entrance was tighter than expected, which made getting in a hassle. Lastly, noise from the street was noticeable, especially with windows open for some fresh air.

Just a prime choice for a weekend vacation in Munich with extraordinarily good value for money. The bathroom was a decent size, which really made it comfortable for our family. Make sure to ask for a room with a proper bed if you're planning to sleep three people.

The location is superb, like literally only a 5 min walk to the S-Bahn. Breakfast was massive, everything you could want, just like they put some real effort there.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but honestly, for this level of comfort, it was acceptable.
